BlossomYes is FaSunflower<\/a>\u2019s high-end range. The difference is that all flowers used in BlossomYES are high-quality foreign flowers from the Netherlands or the United States.

1. We guarantee all flowers will be in the best quality to your hands and last for 2 days at least. Otherise, new bouquet will be delivered to you again.

2. What you buy would definitely same flower showed in our shop photo (notice will be made for any sub flower changed before delivery).

3. We will collect all the flowers in the bouquet before the day of delivery and take photo and send to you for ensure all the flower color and quality meet your standard.
(We would show you what flower we have in our store for replacement if you are not satify for any single flower)
(Please note that we can only provide half refund if you are not satify for the flower)

4. Flower will be arranged on the delivery date and we will send you photo before delivery. Flower would be sent directly in time after confirmation.
(If customer did not response within 30mins, flower would be sent instead)
(If customer need to re-arrange the flower, please note that delivery need at least 3-4 hours. On-time delivery would not be guarantee after re-arrangement)

5. Our professional courier will ensure the flower sent to the right person and right place. Photo will be take to show the flower sent is in good condition without damage and sent to the right place and found the right person to collect and sign.
